Services Agreement

By engaging the services of Dream Legal Solutions, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services include document preparation, legal consultation, foreclosure defense assistance, loan modification support, and related legal document preparation.

We provide Pro Se (self-representation) document preparation services to help homeowners defend against foreclosure. Our team prepares legal documents, reviews loan documents, and assists in formulating defense strategies.

Fee Structure & Payment Terms

All fees for services rendered are due and payable at the time of engagement. Upon payment, you acknowledge that:

All fees are earned in full upon payment
Work begins immediately upon receipt of payment
Our team begins preparing documents, conducting research, and formulating strategies
Resources are allocated exclusively to your case

No Refund Policy

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

By engaging our services, you understand and agree that:

Work Was Prepared: Upon payment, our team immediately begins preparing your documents, researching your case, and allocating resources to your matter.
Work Was Delivered: The documents and services you paid for have been created and provided to you. The preparation and delivery of these services constitutes work fully performed.
Time Was Spent: Significant time, expertise, and resources have been invested in your case from the moment you enrolled. This time cannot be recaptured.
Fees Are Earned: Once you enroll and make payment, our fees are fully earned for work that has been done on your behalf.

Important: There is NO REFUND for services rendered. The work was done. The documents were prepared. The time was spent. The fees were earned.

Discontinuation of Services

If you wish to discontinue our services after engagement:

You must provide written acknowledgement that you no longer wish to receive our services
All fees paid prior to written discontinuation are fully earned and non-refundable
No refunds will be provided for any work already performed
Documents already prepared and delivered remain the property of the client for their use

To discontinue services: You must send written notice via email or mail stating that you no longer wish to receive our services. Once this written acknowledgement is received, we will cease all work on your matter.

Written Acknowledgement Requirement

If you wish to no longer receive our services, you MUST provide written acknowledgement stating:

"I, [Your Name], acknowledge that I no longer wish to receive services from Dream Legal Solutions. I understand that all fees previously paid are fully earned for work performed and that no refund will be provided."

This written acknowledgement must be sent via email or certified mail to our office. Until such written acknowledgement is received, services will continue and fees will be considered earned.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding your financial situation
Respond promptly to requests for documents and information
Review all documents prepared on your behalf
Understand that results cannot be guaranteed in any legal matter
Accept responsibility for decisions made in your legal matter

No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing the highest quality document preparation and legal support services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Legal proceedings are inherently unpredictable, and results depend on many factors including:

The specific facts and circumstances of your case
The actions of opposing parties and lenders
Court decisions and judicial discretion
Applicable laws and regulations

Nothing in our engagement shall be construed as a guarantee of any particular result.

Limitation of Liability

Dream Legal Solutions provides document preparation services only. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our services are designed to assist homeowners who wish to represent themselves (Pro Se) in foreclosure defense matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the fees paid for our services in the immediately preceding 30 days. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Agreement to Terms

By engaging Dream Legal Solutions' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You specifically acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that ALL FEES PAID ARE FULLY EARNED upon payment for work performed on my behalf. I understand that WORK WAS PREPARED AND DELIVERED once payment is received. The documents and services I paid for have been created and provided. I understand that TIME WAS SPENT on my matter from the moment I enrolled. This time cannot be recaptured. There is NO REFUND for services rendered. The work was done. The documents were prepared. The time was spent. The fees were earned. If I wish to discontinue services, I must provide written acknowledgement stating that I no longer wish to receive services. All fees paid prior to written discontinuation are fully earned and non-refundable. I understand that results cannot be guaranteed in any legal matter and that I am responsible for decisions made in my legal matter.
